Ms. Hart teaches AVID and OT Literacy at Hidden River Middle School. She has taught middle school in Saint Paul Public Schools since 2011 and has taught at Hidden River since fall of 2018. Ms. Hart loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and volunteer with youth organizations. She coaches debate at Hidden River and is passionate about teaching and working with students.

AVID - AVID is an elective at Hidden River Middle School that prepares students for college and career readiness. Students in AVID focus on WICOR skills (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading) and have multiple opportunities for college visits and experiential field trips throughout the year.

OT LITERACY - OT Literacy is an elective at Hidden River Middle School that provides students with extended reading time and additional reading support. Students in the OT Literacy build self-efficacy and find enjoyment in self-selected books, while also participating in small groups to improve specific literacy skills.
