Greetings!

My name is Julie Harrington and I am one of the intervention teachers in the building.  I am excited to be working with students through intervention groups and student leadership at SPMA this year! If you have iPad or technology questions you may also come and see me. Myself and Señora PI will also be coordination our Family Connections and outreach this year.  Please reach out! 

This will be my 12th year in St. Paul, 14th year teaching and my fifth year at Music Academy.  I have spent most of my career as a classroom teacher, teaching grades 2 and 4 for the majority of my career but also teaching combined classrooms of 2/3 and 4/5, as well as looping with a 4-5 grade community. My licensure is Elementary Education grades 1-6.  I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
