Mr. Block began teaching in the Fall of 2011 in Saint Paul Public Schools. He has been at Humboldt since 2015. He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Social Studies Education. He completed his Masters of Arts in Education: Differentiated Instruction in Spring of 2022. He has taught 7^th grade American Studies every year as well as taught every other grade content from 6^th through 11^th grade.

            Mr. Block enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and his puppy. Going outdoors, for walks, building bonfires, and sitting by the lake. He also enjoys working out and going for runs. He often spends his time playing video games on his Nintendo Switch, watching movies, reading sci-fi fantasy books, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. Skol!
