  • Ms. Mondry brings a variety of experience in helping all students feel represented and accepted for who they are. She has spent her entire career serving students in Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, literacy and content coach, school administrator, and most recently, as assistant principal at Saint Paul Music Academy. 

    Ms. Mondry understands the importance of collaborating with staff and families and embracing the unique gifts that each student brings. She is an inclusive leader who values communication and works hard to build relationships to create a positive school culture.

    Throughout her career, Ms. Mondry has worked hard to provide access and opportunity for all students, and believes every student has the ability to reach their full potential if they are given the support they need. She looks forward to partnering with families, students, staff and the community to continue the great work at Eastern Heights Elementary School.

    Ms. Mondry has excellent academic qualifications with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and an education administration licensure from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Ms. Mondry is a graduate from the first SPPS Leadership Institute, an internal program that is designed to help build leadership skills and knowledge for future school leaders.
