The mission of Four Seasons A+ Elementary School is to build a respectful, successful learning community through art-centered and technology-enhanced practices that develop intelligent behaviors in all students.
Four Seasons A+ Elementary combines daily arts instruction, interdisciplinary teaching and partnerships with arts organizations. Each class creates a sense of community which respects and values all members. The arts provide a vehicle for integrating varied strategies throughout the instructional day to enhance student achievement. Students will have experience in four arts areas: music, visual art, theater and dance.Our students explore every subject through the arts, even math and science. They stay engaged in learning because our teachers know how to link creativity with core academics. With facilities like a classroom kiln for clay pottery and a full dance studio, students benefit from a full, hands-on approach to the arts. We are proud of our enthusiastic families and community partners that support our creative, engaged students.

PBIS (POSITIVE BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONS and SUPPORTS)
Four Seasons A+ Elementary has adopted a proactive approach to creating a positive learning climate called PBIS. PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) is a school-wide system of support that includes proactive strategies for defining, teaching and supporting appropriate student behaviors to create positive school environments.
PBIS at school fosters respectful, supportive relationships among students and staff; reinforces positive academic and social behavior; and provides an opportunity for positive student-teacher interactions. A continuum of positive behavior support for all students within our school is implemented in all areas of the school including the classroom and non-classroom settings (i.e., hallways, lunchroom, bus). Attention is focused on creating and sustaining systems of support that improve teaching and learning for all students by making problem behavior less, while making desired behavior more effective, efficient and functional.
