Four Seasons A+ Arts Elementary School Continuous Improvement Plan (SCIP)

  • Every school in Saint Paul Public Schools plans for continuous improvement. These plans are called the SCIP, School Continuous Improvement Plan. Our SCIP outlines steps that Four Seasons A+ is taking to improve teaching and learning. It is broken down into three key components: Reading, Math, and School Climate.

The Four Seasons A+ Elementary SCIP is below. The Family-School Compacts (linked below) are also an important part of reaching our goals. These compacts are another tool used to plan for student success. A Family-School Compact is an agreement that families, students and teachers develop together. It explains how families and teachers will work together to make sure all students get the individual support they need to reach and exceed grade level standards.

During the school year, families are invited to review the implementation of the current SCIP and plan for the next SCIP. Families are also invited to review and write the Family School Compact every spring. Please let Principal Ryan Fell know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions.
