Hatti Moeller brings a wealth of experience in helping our youngest students succeed. She has served Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) for 16 years as a classroom teacher, administrator, and most recently, as assistant principal for Benjamin E. Mays IB World School. Ms. Moeller understands the importance of collaborating with staff and families and embracing the unique gifts that each child brings. Throughout her career, she has taken the lead in strengthening reading and math programming, helped staff improve their skills and built relationships between students and staff through work in positive behavior. 

Ms. Moeller looks forward to partnering with families, students, staff and the community to continue the great work at The Heights. 

Ms. Moeller has excellent academic qualifications with a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from Bethel University, a Master of Education in teaching and learning from Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Arts in educational leadership from Concordia University.
