Hello and Welcome! 

My name is Ashley Prescott! I am one of the Learning Disabilities Teachers, serving 3rd-5th grade students, here at The Heights Community School. I was a special education teacher in Minneapolis for two years before joining SPPS in the fall of 2019. I am a St. Paul native and a graduate of Como Park Sr. High. I love being able to work with a variety of students and help them succeed in their learning. Throughout the day I pull small groups and work with students on academics, social skills, work completion, problem solving, etc. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to travel and spend time at the beach in South Carolina. Sports have always been a passion of mine. I am a varsity softball coach at Como Park Sr. High school. I am also a member of FOCA - Friends of Como Athletics, which raises money for children in the areas of sports, music, and the arts.
