Welcome Families!

My name is Peggy Krenik. This is my 24th year teaching in the Saint Paul District and my 8th year at The Heights. I look forward to a great new year at The Heights and getting to know your child for the 2022-2023 school year!

I am originally from Winona, Minnesota, and am from a large family. My grandfather built a large blackboard and desks for us when I was little, so I always played the teacher with my younger brothers and sisters! 

I have worked with very young children in a daycare setting when my children were young and then joined Saint Paul Schools.

I enjoy spending time with my own family, walking my dog, and reading.

 I look forward to watching your child grow socially and academically.  I encourage friendships and hard academic work.
