Youth In Government provides students with an opportunity to learn court procedures, national issues, legislative procedures, write bills, and present these bills at a conference in January. This club runs from October through January, culminating with a four-day field trip where students present their bills.  This is designed to model all aspects of Minnesota government from the legislative, judicial, and executive.

There is a fee for participating. This pays for hotel, transportation, and Youth In Government costs.  Fundraising and scholarships are available for interested students.
