Welcome to the Art room!  A place where students build their artistic skills and exercise their inherent creativity.

It is critical that young people feel connected to their community and see themselves reflected in the world around them. The art room is a perfect place to do both! A shared art experience builds confidence and resilience through healthy risk taking, creative problem solving and reduced fear of failure. Children can learn so much about the world and humanity through a rich arts program. Together we will explore drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, fiber arts, ceramics and sculpture while learning about the peoples, cultures and histories of artists from an array of places and time periods.
