Helping Your Child

This is a time of uncertainty and questions in our community. We would like to share the following resources with families.

Social Stories are a tool we use with children to help break down, and understand, things that are happening in their lives. They help children understand their feelings, and build skills to interact with others. This is a Social Story about Coronavirus. You can print it and read it with your child, read it on a device together, or use it for talking points. There are pages that give children facts, that allow them to express feelings, and options to express their feelings in different forms (like drawing).
