OWL's newspaper, The Purple Press, has been in operation since 1997. The Purple Press comes out monthly. Student reporters cover a variety of topics, from school news to video game reviews, and each issue is distributed through advisories and to families via the weekly email.

Many parents and alumni use The Purple Press as a way to stay connected to the OWL community. Subscriptions are available for $20 a year, and we welcome donations. If you are interested in subscribing to The Purple Press, please send a check made out to OWL for $20 to the main office care of Leo Bickelhaupt..
