My name is Katie Balcerzak and it is my second year as the Learning Lead at Dayton's Bluff. This is my 6th year in Saint Paul Public Schools. 

I will be coaching and collaborating with teachers this year to reach our School Improvement Goals and our SPPS Achieves initiatives around culturally relevant instruction. 

I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. I previously taught in Chicago. I live in Saint Paul with my husband and our two young children.
