 A Little About Me:

• This is my 12th year working for Saint Paul Public Schools. I've taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade prior to becoming the Aerospace Coordinator at Farnsworth Aerospace PreK-4.

• I live in Saint Paul. I love hiking and spending time with my family.
• During my free time I like to hike, travel, kayak, tap dance, paint, try new restaurants, attend the St. Paul Farmer's Market, cook, spend time with family and friends, listen to live music and attend comedy shows.

My Duties:

 

   - Coordinate our field trips, extended learning field trips, guest speakers and STEAM family nights

   - Teach flight simulators to our 4th grade students by making real-world connections

   - Work on our aerospace (STEAM) curriculum for each grade level

   - Collaborate with our STEAM teachers on curriculum for all students

   - Co-teach STEAM lessons in classrooms; including coding

   - Provide staff development on STEAM

   - Establish partnerships within our community

   - Work with our FSO (Farnsworth School Organization) 

   - Write grants for our program
