Our Fourth Grade classrooms implement a strong standards-based curriculum including:

• Reader’s Workshop
• Writer’s Workshop
• Math
• Math Review
• Social Studies
• Art
• Health
• Science
• Aerospace and Aviation

In Aerospace, we learn about the four forces of flight, Jose Hernandez, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Amelia Earhart. Students also fly around the world in our flight simulators once per week starting in the Fall. 

Additional Instruction

• Science, Physical Education, Aerospace, Art, Social Studies
• Library-each week, students go to the library to listen to stories and check out books.
• iPads- as an instructional resource are used throughout the school day
• Field trips
• Extended field trip to EAA Oskhosh, WI
