A Little About Me:

• I am a 2010 graduate from the University of Minnesota and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Social Studies.
• This is my eleventh year working for Saint Paul Public Schools. I've taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade prior to becoming the Aerospace Coordinator at Farnsworth Aerospace PreK-4.

• I live in Saint Paul. My husband and I love walking our dog, Bazzle throughout the parks and trails around Minnesota.  
• During my free time I like to hike, travel, kayak, paint, try new restaurants, attend the St. Paul Farmer's Market, cook, spend time with family and friends, listen to live music and attend comedy shows.

My Duties:

 

   - Coordinating our field trips, extended learning field trips, guest speakers and family nights

   - Teaching flight simulators to our 4th grade students by making real-world connections

   - Working on our aerospace (STEAM) curriculum for each grade level

   - Co-teaching STEAM lessons in classrooms; including coding

   - Establishing partnerships within our community

   - Writing grants for our program
