Hello all,

   My name is Ben Farrey-Latz, and I am a special education teacher, teaching students in 3rd-5th grade. I have been teaching since 1996, first as an elementary school teacher, and for the past 10 years as a special education teacher. I have been with SPPS since January 2020.  I also worked as a Guest Teacher in St. Paul way back in the 1996-97 school year. 

I strongly believe that every child deserves an education. In my classroom, students work on Reading, Writing, Math, Social, and Functional Skills among others.  

My teaching assistants are Abby and Kevin.
