Room 1306 works hard during Reader's and Writer's Workshops, learning lots with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Math, researching different topics and building our community together.

I was born in Laos and immigrated to the United States in 1980, and have been a Minnesotan for 44 years. I love the winters here and enjoy the summers. I joined St. Paul Public Schools 22 Years ago. I have taught 5th grade, Kindergarten, and just love 2nd graders. I greatly enjoy being a teacher! In my free time, I like to travel with friends and family, garden, hike, and read many, many books. A highlight of my summer was my trip to South Korea and Vietnam. I look forward to working with you and your child this year. It’s very exciting to be starting a great year!
