Microsoft Office 365 will replace Lotus Notes as the new staff email for SPPS in October 2017. 

All employee email will be migrated to include calendars, contacts, email folders and email distribution lists.

Please know that your email address will not change (firstname.lastname@spps.org) and your historical emails and folders will all move to Office 365. Staff will access the new platform with their current active directory login and password. Staff will also continue to have access to their Google Apps email address (firstname.lastname@stpaul.k12.mn.us) for student and staff collaboration.

Employees may begin using the Office 365 web platform immediately after the migration project is complete. Lotus Notes will be available to employees for a short period following the launch of the new email system to allow for a smooth transition.
