Training for Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 will replace Lotus Notes as the new staff email for SPPS in October 2017.
All employee email will be migrated to include calendars, contacts, email folders and email distribution lists.
Technology Services will provide several training opportunities now through the launch of the new platform, including self-guided videos; courses on Schoology; and in-person training.
- Self-guided training videos. Self-guided training videos that, until the actual launch of Office 365, will provide a virtual environment of the Office 365 experience to learn.
- Schoology. Self-guided training will also be available in Schoology. (Active Directory login and password will be required)
- If already logged in to Schoology, go to Courses menu, click on Join, enter code RBF3-DZNF-48RTS for updated content.
- Self-guided training videos. Self-guided training videos that, until the actual launch of Office 365, will provide a virtual environment of the Office 365 experience to learn.
