Lois Vosika-Weir serves as the Administrator of AGAPE High School. She is a Licensed School Principal, a Licensed Psychologist, a Licensed Special Education teacher and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Mrs. Weir graduated with her Masters degree from Saint Mary's University in 1995. She has been licensed as a psychologist since 1997 and has been working within the Saint Paul Public Schools since 1995 in SPPS as a Chemical Health Specialist within the Safe and Drug-Free Schools department. She then joined AGAPE staff in 2003 as school leader. Mrs. Weir held other leadership positions within SPPS beginning in 2011, including Assistant Principal of American Indian Magnet School and Interim Principal of Creative Arts and Open Schools.

She returned to AGAPE in 2015 as Administrator in order to support teen mothers in becoming college and career ready. Mrs. Weir has a personal connection to AGAPE's mission, as she was also a teen mother. She thanks the adults in her life at that time who helped support her in her goals and guided her to success.

Mrs. Weir is married with three adult children and 5 grandchildren. Her eldest daughter is a civil engineer, her middle daughter is a masters-level school nurse and her son is a scientist with a PHD in Physics.
