At AGAPE, we appreciate and highly value the support that parents, guardians, friends and significant others provide to our scholars when they are not in school.

In order to connect and communicate with these important people in our students' lives in another way, we have created an AGAPE Family Handbook. These handbooks will be available at all times in the school office, at all school events (conferences, cultural events, etc) and students will be allowed to take one home with them on the 1st day of school if they desire. They include our school Compact, Comprehensive Plan, Family Engagement Plan, ideas for helping your scholars at home, how to volunteer at AGAPE, a list of our all-school events (please watch the website calendar for updates or changes) and a complimentary daily school year calendar for families to use.

We are excited about beginning our Parent Principal Partnership meetings again in the 22/23 school year! Mrs. Weir is available during conferences to speak with families via GoogleMeet, phone call, text or email. Please view the Parent Teacher Conferences flyers that are sent out for more info and how to schedule. These meetings are currently scheduled for October 11th, December 13th and February 28th beginning at 1:00pm here at AGAPE. Discussion topics will relate to school improvement, cultural event idea-sharing, informational sharing of curriculum and professional development information, etc. Please look for info and updates within the AGAPE Times newsletter (translation available in SMORE), and keep an eye on the AGAPE calendar on the website for any changes to times or dates. Parents and guardians CAN and WILL be sent LYFT rides to and from AGAPE for these events - please contact any staff at AGAPE if you would like a ride to AGAPE for an event or conference.

We encourage and welcome parents/guardians to be involved in our classrooms, teacher professional development and with volunteering at our cultural events! Please contact Mrs. Weir (651-744-6145) to schedule a class observation in advance. We can't do this without you and we appreciate your support!!
