  • Volunteers in SPPS must all have had recent background checks. Please print out the form below, complete it and send it to angela.payne@spps.org.

    All completed forms are immediately forwarded to SPPS' HR department and are immediately securely shredded. Your personal information is safe with us!

    • Volunteer in the school store
    • Help out during an all school event (Fall/Winter Celebrations, Senior Recognition, etc)
    • Plan and chaperone field trips with our teachers/school counselor
    • Chaperone at the AGAPE/Gordon Parks Prom in May
    • Bring your career knowledge and expertise to our students 
    • Host an event for students at your workplace
    • Help us to source donations of high-need items (gift cards, new, unopened toiletries, formula, diapers and baby wipes (open boxes are also accepted!)
