My name is Marian Aden. I am a dedicated, talented PreK-6 Licensed teacher with over 17 years of teaching and instructional coaching experience in a highly diverse K-12 education setting. I obtained my master’s degree in Educational Leadership and K-12 principal licensure from Concordia University.

As an educator, my top priority in the classroom is to help students believe in themselves and their ability to learn and succeed. I believe each student is a unique individual who needs a safe, secure, and stimulating environment to grow and mature intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially.  Therefore, my mission has been to figure out ways to help students face challenges with strength and determination, rise from failures, and believe in their potential to succeed. 

As a TOSA/ Learning Lead at EAEMS, I am constantly working with EAMS staff to improve their instructions, so we can ensure student learning achievement. As the TOSA/ Learning Lead, I provide multiple opportunities for teachers to reflect and make positive changes based on student data, classroom observations, and joint reflections.
