Welcome to Global Studies!  A new journey is about to begin...

I'm Ms. Croone and new to Murray this year but not to St. Paul Public Schools.  I have taught at Highland Park Junior High, Washington Tech and had a 2 year teaching experience in Amman, Jordan so that makes a lot of teaching and learning along the way. 

My educational experience started at St. Cloud State University with degrees in Speech Communications/Business and then followed up with a degree in Elementary Ed and Middle School Speech and Social Studies.  Never being done with education, I earned my Masters in Education from Hamline and this spring just completed a graduate certificate in Geography from St. Cloud State University.  Just a fun fact that I am a third generation teacher that graduated from SCSU.

When I am not in school, I am dreaming of my where my next trip will be or knitting.  I'm also a voracious reader and listen everyday to a book on my commute from Northfield.  I'm the caretaker for my mom and have a cat, Murphy.  I also have one sister that teaches 6th grade math at Hastings Middle School.  One of my other passions is SCSU college hockey!

This summer was busy as I changed schools, took a dream trip to Tuscany with my mom, sister and 15 other friends and have tried to take the rest of the time relaxing.
