Hello! Welcome to E-STEM! I am in my 15th year of teaching! In the beginning of my career, I thought I wanted to teach high school, but I realized that middle school was my true calling!  I began teaching 6th grade English in Las Vegas, Nevada back in 2006.  While I enjoyed it there, the climate was not to kind, so I decided to return back to the humidty and mosquitos! Oh and the winters! Once back in Minnesota, I began my tenure in St. Paul. 

I am still so excited to be working here at E-STEM! We are going to have so much fun learning about each other and our new environment! 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy running outdoors, cross-country skiing (and falling!), knitting, sewing, and roller skating!
