Hey! My name is Lindsay Roe, and I am the 7th grade English teacher at E-STEM. This is my 12^th year teaching in the St. Paul school district and my first year here! I love spending time with St. Paul kids and watching them grow as readers, writers, and individuals. Helping kids see their potential, despite the problems they experience, is why I became a teacher.

Although I am now very loyal to St. Paul, I grew up in Eagan with my 2 older brothers and my parents. After high school, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Communications Art and Literature. I have my Master’s degree from Capella University. 

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling. Some of my favorite locations have been Guatemala, Greece, Dominican Republic and Hawaii. I am a frequent Lake Como visitor, taking long walks with my dog, Arya. I named her after my favorite Game of Thrones character. I also enjoy spending time with friends and going on adventures with my 10-year-old nephew, Colton.
