Hello! ¡Hola! Salaan! Nyob zoo!

My name is Mrs. Newinski, previously known as Ms. Garcia Fisher. (I am getting married in October 2021 which is why my name is changing!) I know the start of this year may feel strange after Distance Learning and everything we have been through in the past year and a half but together we will have a great year! I truly believe that together we will all strive to become life-long learners who love reading and learning! This will be my third year in SPPS but my first year here at E-STEM and I cannot wait to learn from you and join this amazing school community! 

My love for reading started when I was in middle school, and it has only grown since then. When I’m not enjoying a great book, I also enjoy going for walks with my partner and our puppy, yoga, working out, kayaking, and cooking!

I understand that Distance Learning had so many challenges and going into this school year will take some time to transition back into building, building community, and feeling safe. Please know I am here with you and here to support you and your family! I will work to be as flexible and understanding as possible. I need you though!
