Me Being Awesome
  •            E-STEM was originally slated to be just a STEM school, however, when the principal visited the property for the first time, she saw the potential for an emphasis on environmental learning.  E-STEM sits on 30 acres of praire, school forest, wetlands ponds and a lake.  We have a fleet of canoes, snowshoes and we partner with Belwin for outdoor, environmental and experiential education.

Our first project as a school was to select a green space on the grounds that needed to be adapted for school use.  Students mapped out the space and then discussed and decided what they wanted that space to look like.  Students then worked in small groups to create 3D models of what that space could look like with then recommendations.  The school voted on which ideas made the most sense and come spring we will break ground and build the structures that students chose.
