If you believe the information provided needs to be added, updated, or removed, please submit a Service Desk ticket at https://servicedesk.spps.org/.
You can begin faxing in the new system once you have:

Received shared fax mailbox
-
Been added as a member to the shared fax mailbox.
-
Have a fax number assigned to your shared fax mailbox.
Intellifax devices 
and Ricoh copiers can no longer be used for faxing.
