Ms. Mor Chia has been teaching since 2011. She taught Kindergarten, Second Grade and 5th Grade before coming to Nokomis Montessori South School. She went to the University of MN for Sociology and Augsburg for the Elementary Teacher Licensure program. Mor Chia traveled to Amsterdam and Thailand to study abroad during her undergraduate years. She completed her Master’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin River Falls for Montessori E1 Certification.

Ms. Mor Chia enjoys spending time with her family. They like to be outdoors, visit museums and explore new playgrounds together. In her spare time, she likes to sew, cook and read. She enjoys trying new foods and recipes.
