Hello Frost Lake Families! 

My name is Katie Carlson and I am so excited to be teaching your second grade scholars this year. This is my second year of teaching, and my fourth year working in the SPPS district. 

I went to Luther College for undergrad and have a Bachelor's degree in environmental science. After undergrad, I received my teaching license from Hamline University and will complete my masters' degree in the summer of 2024. 

I have lived in Saint Paul for 5 years with my pet rabbit, Pip. When I am not teaching, I like to read, sew, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
