Hello Families,

I am so happy to be here with you at Frost Lake. I come to you with 26 years of experience in education with Saint Paul Schools. I have been a classroom teacher for 13 years, a Positive Behavior Intervention Coach for ten years, and an Arts Integration Coach for 3 years. This is my life's work and my love!

While I enjoy my time in school, I also enjoy my family. My husband and I have 3 boys. They all play basketball and we are their first coaches before they play high school ball. We love the outdoors and look for any opportunity to get moving.

Please know that I am here to serve you and your child(ren). We are partners in making sure your child(ren) has the best experience here at Frost. Let's go Bees!

Hello Families,

I am ecstatic to be returning to Frost Lake as the Assistant Principal. I originally started my teaching experience as a Special Education Teacher, at Frost Lake Elementary. From there, I spent some time working in the office of Equity, as an Equity coach for Saint Paul Public Schools. Some of my other experiences have included partnerships with SPPS and St.Thomas facilitating and co-leading affinity spaces, and mentorship programs for educators and residents in the district. 

When I'm not at school, I spend most of my time with my husband and 4 kids (3 boys,1 girl). They all keep me busy and on my toes! My oldest two are/were  Bees themselves, so Frost Lake is really like home to me!

As the assistant principal, my first priority is to serve the families and communities of Frost Lake, and cultivate opportunities for students show up their authentic selves. I look forward to this work.
