Our reading team consists of five experienced teachers who have a passion for literacy and math.

3-5 Interventions: Students will need to qualify based on literacy scores. Mrs. Kong and Mrs. Webster will work with students to increase their reading knowledge.

WINN Reading: What I Need Now reading teachers (Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Gerten) will instruct students in grades K-2. Mrs. Gerten and Mrs. Anderson will see students in small groups using the structured approach of the Science of Reading.

WINN Math: Ms. Heurh will instruct students in grades 3 - 5 in small groups using the new HMH Into Math curriculum.

Reading and math teachers will use best practices to tailor instruction to meet the needs of all students. Our reading team also collaborates with our building learning lead, Mrs. Sullivan.
