Get Safely Out of a Domestic Abuse Situation
If you live in St. Paul or Ramsey County:
- Call 651-645-2824
- Phone line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Interpreters are available
- They can help you make a safe plan and to file an OFP (Order For Protection, commonly called a 'restraining order')

If you live in Minneapolis or Hennepin County:
- Call the Domestic Abuse Service Center at 612-348-5073
- Phone line is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Or visit their office in-person in the lower level of the Hennepin County Government Center
- Interpreters are available through the County Attorney's office
- They can provide info, referrals, and help file an OFP (Order For Protection 'restraining order')
