  • Course Description

    This class prepares people for positions at a variety of worksites; construction, janitorial, hospitals, warehouse.

     Learners will:

    • Build vocabulary and skills related to workplace health and safety, customer service, and CPR.  
    • Earn OSHA 10 Certificate for Industrial Safety
    • Students will meet with a navigator who will help with job readiness, resume writing, job search, interviewing skills.  

    Requirements:

    • ELL Learners Level B2+ and higher 

     

     

    What Happens After the Class?

    Upon successful completion of this course, students may have the opportunity to interview for jobs, St. Paul Public Schools, and other companies. 

    Students can take our free Low Pressure Boilers License class at the Hubbs Center to receive a MN State license for operation and maintenance of a Low Pressure Boiler. Click here to learn more about our free Low Pressure Boilers License class.
