Nyob Zoo (Hello).

This will be my second year as the science instructor at Txuj Ci UPPER Middle School in SPPS. My work as an educator has revolved around servicing students and families in urban settings or/and underrepresented communities. Besides teaching science, other areas I am passionate about are LBGTQ+, mental health, and equity & inclusion. Graduating from SPPS in 2010 and now back as an educator has been a rewarding and full-circle moment. 

Outside of teaching, I enjoy eating new and comforting food, traveling, hiking, water activities, volleyball, and sleeping in. Feel free to connect with me; see my contact information below.
