    My name is Xf. Txawj Tham aka Tue Xiong.  I am the social studies teacher and athletic director.  I have been teaching for 11 years.  I was born and raised in North Minneapolis.  My parents came to America as refugees in 1985 after the Secret War.  As a teacher, I have learned that all students are different in their own way.  I am passionate about building positive relationships and preparing my students for high school.  Please contact me with any questions.

  • Quarter 2: Nov. 19, 2023 - Jan. 25, 2024

    This quarter, we will be working on our History Day projects.  Students will choose a topic in history that is at least 20 years old.  They will do research and turn their project into a research paper, exhibit board, website, performance, or documentary.  This project will take the whole quarter to complete.  We plan to have a school competition on the last day of classes.  Winners will represent our school at the SPPS competition in March.
