Employee COVID-19 Testing Update

Below is a list of COVID-19 testing resources available to all SPPS staff, volunteers, and contractors both vaccinated and unvaccinated. 

The Vault Health option consists of ordering a free test kit to be delivered to your home and includes a pre-paid return label. If payment information is requested to complete the order, please call Vault Health customer service at 800-800-5698. 

SPPS testing events take place on Tuesdays. If you plan to attend an SPPS testing event, we recommend calling ahead to verify that the site has test kits available. Test kits must be returned by 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday for UPS pickup.

It is the responsibility of the person testing to find a testing location. 

If you are unvaccinated, your test results must be submitted by 10 a.m. the following Monday to comply with the weekly testing requirement. You can now easily upload test results on the staff webpage at spps.org/staff by clicking on the button that says “Update your vaccination status and upload weekly COVID-19 test results here.”

Employees who have not reported back on their vaccination or testing status will receive a hard copy of the Staff COVID-19 Acknowledgment Form in the mail. You can fill out the printed form and return it to HR.
