Active enrollment for benefits will be held Oct. 23 through Nov. 1, 2019 for the 2020 plan year which will be effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Attend the 6th Annual Health and Benefits Fair on Oct. 23, 2019 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 360 S.  Colborne St. to visit with benefits vendors and have your questions answered.

• All benefit-eligible employees must enroll this year
• SmartCare ACO network continues to offer employees additional choice at a lower cost with a new clinic in Burnsville
• Voluntary benefits options will be available to customize your insurance coverage
