Technology Services Cybersecurity Update

After an information security audit, Technology Services determined a need to take additional measures to secure SPPS from cybersecurity attacks. Several Active Directory accounts were flagged as not configured correctly and were turned off. By disabling these accounts, Tech Services is working to prevent ransomware attacks, as well as prevent unauthorized access to any SPPS resources. If you or your staff were inadvertently impacted by this change, please open a service desk ticket and provide as much information as possible.
