Staff: Follow Proper Process when Requesting Assistance from Technology Services
With the start of the school year, Technology Services is busy working to address an increased level of requests. To best serve you, and provide the highest level of support, Technology Services ask all staff to follow proper process when requesting assistance.
All requests should:
- Be submitted online through the Service Desk at https://servicedesk.spps.org/; or
- Call the Service Desk at 651-603-HELP (34357).
Please refrain from using direct email, as this circumvents Technology Service’s ability to route, track and manage ongoing requests.
