Foundations

Foundations is an advisory class to help ease the transition for students from elementary to middle school.  This class is designed to build community, establish a strong support system and teach school expectations. Foundations is taught by one of the student’s core teachers from their team.

Foundations is:

• An advisory class in which every student participates
• A full period class held every day
• Graded
• Designed to help students feel connected to and advocated for by their team
