    Mrs. Vadnais here! I cannot wait for PreK to begin this year! I will be your Physical Education teacher this school year! This is my 5th year being a Phy. Ed. teacher and 2nd year at East Hub. Before becoming a Phy. Ed. teacher I worked with SPPS as a Teachers Assistant and Playworks Coach for 5 years. 

    When I'm not teaching you can find me in the summer working on my garden, paddle boarding out on the lake and finding a good book series to read outside in my hammock. In the fall I love watching the Minnesota Vikings games, working out at the gym and hiking at the pumpkin patch. In the winter I love cross country skiing, ice skating and playing video games. Finally in the spring you will find me coaching high school track and field and playing soccer. I love all areas of sports and physical activity and cannot wait to get started!
